Premier Properties Group operates across multiple metro markets with a team of buyer and listing agents already running at capacity. Inbound leads were arriving across voice, web form, and portal referrals around the clock, but coverage only existed during business hours. Weekend and after-hours leads — the times serious buyers actually research — were routinely lost to competitors who answered faster.
Approach
We designed an AI voice agent trained on Premier's listings, tour policies, and qualification criteria. Every inbound call, day or night, is answered within three rings, qualified against the brokerage's ICP, and routed into the Follow Up Boss CRM with a full conversation summary. Tour requests are booked directly into the correct agent's calendar using availability rules defined per agent.
Implementation
Deployment ran six weeks end to end: two weeks of discovery and knowledge-base build (listing data, brokerage policies, scripting review with compliance), three weeks of integration with Follow Up Boss + Google Calendar + telephony, and one week of live pilot on a 25% traffic slice before full rollout. Fair-housing compliance was reviewed at each stage, with a policy layer preventing any discussion of protected-class criteria.
Outcome
Within the first 90 days, Premier responded to 100% of inbound leads in under 60 seconds, tripled booked tours relative to the prior quarter, and compressed median time-to-close by 45%. Over six months the deployment contributed more than $2M in incremental revenue, and the brokerage expanded the agent to outbound re-engagement on dormant buyer leads.
