GrowTK provides enterprise AI solutions, including:
- AI voice agents with constitutional AI governance
- Business process automation and workflow management
- ERP and CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, SAP)
- Custom SaaS software development
- Industry-specific solutions for various sectors
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Use the Services for fraudulent or malicious purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems

5. Intellectual Property

6. Payment and Billing
6.1 Fees
You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan or usage. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in your service agreement.
6.2 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. We will charge your payment method on file.
6.3 Price Changes
We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes acceptance.
7. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Service Level and Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Services for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
9. Disclaimers and Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROWTK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GrowTK harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
12.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason with or without notice.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
13. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Services. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where GrowTK is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
