Elite Consulting Partners is a boutique management consultancy. Partners spent most of their days in client meetings, and inbound calls from prospects routinely went to voicemail. Competitors with staffed receptions were winning deals by answering first.
Approach
We deployed an AI receptionist that answers every inbound call within two rings, qualifies the prospect, answers common pre-engagement questions, and books a consultation directly into the correct partner's calendar. Complex calls are transferred live to a partner if available, or scheduled for callback with full context.
Implementation
Three-week deployment: one week of partner-specific knowledge capture, one week of calendar + CRM integration, one week of pilot on a single office before firm-wide rollout.
Outcome
In the first quarter post-launch, Elite hit a 100% call-answer rate (from roughly 50%), 40% more consultations booked, 2.5× faster first response to new leads, and $800K+ in net new revenue attributable to previously missed calls.
