About Head
The Head of Engineering at GrowTK leads the team that ships governed agents into production. Their background spans distributed systems, applied machine learning, and enterprise integration engineering — with a particular focus on the operational realities of running AI agents at scale: retrieval quality, tool-call reliability, telephony integration, and audit-grade logging.
At GrowTK they own the reference architecture that every deployment builds on: the policy layer that enforces agent constitutions, the retrieval stack that grounds conversational responses, the integration surface into Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, and SAP, and the telephony layer that powers voice agents across Twilio, Vapi, and RingCentral.
They work directly with customer technical stakeholders during discovery and deployment, and lead internal red-team evaluations before any agent hits production traffic.
